*Cancelation policy: Deposits are non-refundable but will be transferred as a credit and will be good for 1 year toward any of our services. Please notify us within 24 hours of cancelation.

*Rain Policy: Planning an outdoor party? Please keep in mind deposits are non-refundable. Our calendar gets booked up 3 months out so rescheduling will be difficult. We recommend to have a plan B set in place such as outdoor tents, basement, garages if you are unable to host in your home. We also offer a rain date option. For an additional $100 fee, you are able to block off an additional date and time at the time of booking. This guarantees our availability in case you need to to reschedule.

*Temperature/climate Policy (outdoor parties): Please keep in mind these performers are just human, this means they will be affected with extremely hot temps and freezing temps. The comfort of our performers is extremely important to us. If you are panning an outdoor party, keep the weather and temp in mind. If temps over 90 degrees are expected, we will require the performer to be indoors with A/C during the visit.
